The platform includes map-based destination discovery to help users understand the geographic spread of North Kashmir’s border destinations. Instead of presenting destinations only as static cards, the map experience gives users a spatial understanding of where each location is placed, how remote areas are connected, and how the travel journey can be planned across different valleys.

Since Kashmir Shumali depends heavily on high-quality destination imagery, the frontend was optimized to balance visual richness with smooth browsing. The website uses image-led sections, galleries, destination visuals, and large banners while keeping the experience clean, responsive, and accessible across desktop and mobile devices. The brochure and resource sections were designed as organized content modules where users can access important travel material such as guides, permit information, safety protocols, and journey-related documents.
