How MoonDive Built an AI-Powered Global Platform for Mamta Akashic Reader

Specialized astrology APIs from Prokerala were integrated to bring structured astrological data and calculations into the platform. This supports experiences around Kundli, planetary positions, charts, horoscopes, and other astrology-related information, allowing structured astrology data to work alongside AI-generated conversations for more relevant user interactions.

ElevenLabs was integrated to introduce natural, AI-generated voice into the conversational experience. Text responses can be transformed into realistic audio, creating a more immersive way for users to engage with spiritual guidance and extending Manika beyond a conventional text-based chatbot into a richer, voice-enabled experience.

Instead of implementing third-party services as isolated tools, MoonDive connected Calendly, Razorpay, AiSensy, Zoom, and internal platform workflows into a unified booking ecosystem. Scheduling, payment, communication, session access, and administrative records work together behind the scenes to create one continuous journey from service discovery to a completed session.

Calendly was integrated into the service booking workflow to manage session availability, time slots, and appointment scheduling. Razorpay was integrated to process online payments as part of the booking journey securely. Transactions correspond to bookings and appear in the custom admin dashboard, giving the team centralized visibility into payment activity, booking status, and revenue without having to manage financial information across disconnected systems.

AiSensy was integrated to automate WhatsApp communication around key stages of the customer journey. Booking confirmations, session reminders, and relevant notifications can be triggered through the platform, reducing repetitive manual follow-ups while ensuring users receive timely communication before their scheduled sessions.

Google’s YouTube API was integrated into the content management workflow to dynamically retrieve video information such as titles, thumbnails, and supporting metadata. This simplifies publishing for administrators and allows new video content to be added while automatically maintaining the predefined design and presentation of the website.
